The original site's substantial steep slope worked in JAV Developments' favour, enabling the construction of an abode with 'wow factor' that was sympathetic to neighbouring homes.
As the builder for each of the five luxury residences at this location, JAV Developments incorporated considerable piling and retaining walls to achieve this result.
