Western Australia's beautiful weather makes it the ideal location to plan an outdoor function. Forget eskies and tables laden with dripping ice buckets or warm drinks - Velvet Betty presents a practical and aesthetic bar solution to ensure your outdoor event is one people will joyfully reflect upon for years to come.
Affectionately known as Betty, the pastel caravan comes with built-in fridges, ice chests, commercial coffee machine, coffee consumables (if desired), vintage props, and glasses, plus RSA-qualified bar staff and trained baristas.
The charming caravan was introduced to the Perth event industry by Blanche Morris and Karen Smart, and is now owned and operated by John and Gail Nelson of JaG Entertainment (WA) Pty Ltd. Over the years, Velvet Betty has appeared at weddings, engagements, corporate events, product launches, real-estate auctions, high teas, cocktail parties, professional photo shoots, birthdays, Christmas parties and community events.

Styling can be extended to include a range of additional items to create the theme you desire. Clients have the opportunity to source their own alcohol from their local liquor store, so the savings over licensed venue pricing are colossal.
Velvet Betty also has an exciting selection of giant lawn games for your function. Inspired by all the childhood favourites, the interactive games are a great way to ensure your guests get to know each other and mingle, and can be hired separately, without the caravan.

Numbers | The vintage caravan can cater for up to 200 people at the location of your choice.
Food | Velvet Betty has a 'low risk' food permit with its local council, and can
apply for a temporary permit to service low-risk food items such as vintage candy, cakes and biscuits.
Drink | The team of RSA-qualified staff serves your alcohol to you and your guests. The hot beverage options use premium locally roasted coffee and a range of traditional and herbal teas, all served on mismatched vintage china cups and saucers. Velvet Betty staff can even make cocktails and other drinks for you, by prior arrangement.
