Artwork | Inspired by nature, Flex is a wooden hammock, modelled on the shape of a mammalian spine.
Dress Code.
Dress Code | NFS Heirloom woods
Artist | Fukutoshi Ueno is one of Brisbane's emerging designers, and brings traditional elements of Japanese culture to a contemporary Australian context. His works have been presented in Australia and major international exhibitions.
Artwork | Dress Code is a minimalist design featuring soft, floating kimono patterns layered on Fukutoshi's contradictory timber grid work of clean-cut lines.
Stitch Chair.
Stitch Chair | NFS Aluminium
Artist | After completing a degree in industrial design, Sydney-based artist Adam Goodrum went on to receive a Bombay Sapphire Design Discovery Award in 2004, and continues to create practical, well-resolved and humorous products.
Artwork | Adam Goodrum's Stitch Chair has achieved international acclaim as part of the Capellini stable of products. Goodrum has created a folding chair that becomes incredibly flat, resulting in a deceptively simple yet transformative piece of furniture.
