The original vines at Mandoon Estate site were planted back in 1895, making the venue not only one of the region’s most beautiful vineyards, but also one of its oldest.

Perth's foodies and vinos frequently escape the city for a leisurely lunch at the picturesque Mandoon Estate.

The venue's long list of awards speaks volumes. A young winery backed by the historic presence of its vines, it was Western Australia's most awarded boutique winery in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, and a gold medal recipient at the 2015 Australian International Beer awards, and 2015 Perth Royal Beer Show.

The venue caters to all tastes and requirements, from relaxed dining options in the beer garden with a roast spit menu, or wood-fired pizzas at the brewery overlooking the 1895 vines, to world-class dining in the a la carte restaurant and function centre, offering a modern Australian menu, and a five- and seven-course degustation, matched to Mandoon Estate's wine list.

Filled with natural light, the pillarless function centre's floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the greenery, its large pre-function foyer having views of the river and outdoor lawn. The space can be tailored to various configurations, with the flexibility of being divided into three independent rooms. For smaller functions, the large outdoor deck and lawn area are ideal.

The Linton & Kay Art Gallery in the restored homestead (circa 1905) is open Friday to Sundays, with accommodation and a jetty for river access planned in the future, to add to the venue offerings.

No matter the occasion, Mandoon Estate strives to offer a modern dining and entertainment destination with a focus on quality produce and excellent service, complimented by award-winning wines and handcrafted beers and cider.
