It seats 140 guests, or up to 250 if you're hosting a cocktail-style event.
The slightly smaller Catalina Room is suited to private dinners, intimate weddings and business get-togethers. Holding up to 50 seated or 100 standing, it has its own outdoor terrace that overlooks the surrounding reserve.
The private dining room, The Wine Room, focuses on the corporate market and offers a choice of a la carte and degustation menus with matching wine lists.
The Matilda Bay Restaurant is legendary for serving Modern Australian cuisine full of fresh flavours, including seafood such as West Australian whole crayfish and hand-selected, dry-aged beef from the restaurant's purpose-built cool room.
