Owned by couple Emma and Heath, the reopening and refitting of this plant-based food and wine hub brings with it a fresh dinner menu inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine. Ramen Ichiraku, Perth

Ramen Ichiraku offers a full vegan menu that features crowd favourite, Shoyu truffle ramen, as well as bento boxes and even faux karaage chicken. For those who love spice, dare to devour the vegan red dragon, a chilli ramen that can be spiced according to heat level, with the highest level named ‘dragon slayers’.
