FORM Gallery is WA’s leading non-profit gallery, dedicated to promoting local and international artists with great coffee, dynamic exhibitions, artist residencies, and panel discussions. All profits are reinvested into supporting artists and fostering a vibrant creative economy, because FORM Gallery's mission is making Western Australia a key player in the global arts scene.

FORM has earned significant recognition for its innovative projects, including award-winning Cultural Tourism experiences such as Thomas Dambo's Giants of Mandurah and the PUBLIC Silo Trail.Their impact is extended with their various initiatives, such as supporting Indigenous art at Spinifex Hill Studio, celebrating storytelling with Scribblers Festival, and transforming education via Creative Schools.
