Melbourne artist Matt Adnate created a stunning memorial to the contribution of the people of Hay to two world wars, which is displayed on two water towers on the outskirts of Hay town, near popular Sandy Point beach. portraits of five people who served in World War II adorn the water towers to represent the hundreds of people in this small community who answered the call to arms.
