Apex Lookout Bright is a 3.1 km looped trail in Bright, Victoria.

It is graded as medium difficulty and takes around 1 hour and 19 minutes to complete. The trail is popular for hiking, bird watching, and mountain biking. Dogs are welcome, and some areas allow them to be off-leash.

The trail offers opportunities to spot birds, wildlife, and wildflowers. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to reach the Apex Lookout, which provides views of Mount Feathertop, Mount Fainter, and Mount Bogong, the highest peak in Victoria. The trail is easy to moderate, well signposted, and mostly shaded, making it suitable for dogs and kids. Hiking shoes are recommended due to rocky obstacles, and the trail can get crowded at times.

The Apex Lookout trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit at any time. Quieter times of the day are recommended to avoid crowds, and extreme weather events should be avoided.

To reach Apex Lookout Bright, park at Quinn's Gap on Mt Porepunkah Road. Walk a short distance up the gravel vehicle track to the east until reaching the signposted Apex Lookout walking track. The trail offers views of Mount Feathertop, Mount Fainter, and Mount Bogong.
