is Australia's most highly awarded distillery, located in Rosebery, New South Wales. They produce a range of spirits, including whiskies, gins, vodkas, and rums. Attached to the distillery is an industrial-chic bar that offers top-shelf local beer, wine, and spirits. Visitors can take tours from Thursday to Sunday to learn about the distilling process and the history of the distillery. The venue also has a food and drinks menu inspired by the ingredients used in their spirits. In 2021, a new distillery was opened in Banksmeadow, Sydney, just 4km south of the original location. This innovative facility allows for expanded production capabilities. The Master Distiller, Dave Withers, has a particular focus on rum and has created four brand new experimental rum releases.
