Our tours are designed to be informative, entertaining, and respectful of the wildlife we observe. Our principal guide, Vivienne Briggs, is a professional wildlife manager, consultant and conservationist who has dedicated her career to promoting sustainable wildlife tourism and conservation in Tasmania. She is also the coordinator of the Tasmanian Platypus Conservation Group and Friends of Fernglade in Burnie. Our ecotours are conducted by experienced and qualified wildlife managers, guides, and members of Friends of Fernglade, so you can be sure that your experience will be both low impact and genuine.
