Vintner's Secret Winery

Enjoy amazing, locally produced wines in a tranquil atmosphere at Vintner's Secret Vineyard.

Located in the town of Childers in the Bundaberg region, they offer an extensive array of vinos, including whites, reds, sparkling and fortified wines. All the wines are made from grapes grown on the estate – which is part of the North Burnett wine region. In addition to facilitating intimate wine-tasting group visits, we at Vintner's Secret Vineyard are able to accommodate weddings and large functions. Guests can also enjoy a bite to eat at our onsite café, as well as purchase specialty items from our charming gift shop.

In 2007, Marianne Lethbridge and Edward Murray obtained an area that had started as a hobby farm and transformed it into the picturesque Childers vineyard that it is today. Over the years, Marianne and Edward have worked tirelessly, endowing the property with a European heritage charm that has helped it to become a unique tourist attraction in the Bundaberg region.

Using organic principles and practices, the pair created not only a vineyard but an orchard and several beautifully landscaped gardens. You’ll find plenty of great spots for contemplation, picnicking, and private functions.

In addition to cellar door wine tastings and wines for purchase, the venue boasts both a Cafe and a gourmet and gift shop. The kids will love our heritage games area and friendly farm animals, which can be petted.
