Established in 1988, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir, ruby, shiraz, tempranillo, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 4000 cases are produced under labels that include Hickinbotham - Clarendon Vineyard. Hickinbotham of Dromana welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant and gallery to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
