The Gurnett family emigrated from Somerset, England to Foster, Victoria in 2001. They yearned for a taste of the traditional dry ciders that they had left behind.
Unable to find any ciders they liked, they started making their own!
After years of searching for the perfect land to grow their cider apple trees, they
found their dream 70 acres at 343 Fish Creek-Foster Rd.
The family set to work, bringing their vision to life by planting an orchard of heritage apple trees across the estate. They built their cider production shed and finally using a mix of locally sourced and recycled timber built their award winning Cellar Door.
Unlike any Winery, Brewery or even Distillery you may have visited before! A perfect stop for those visiting Wilsons Promontory. Add to the cellar door experience by booking an underground tour/tasting and stay an afternoon whilst enjoying the finest selection of Gippsland cheese and smallgoods.
