Description

Whiting Beach is a secluded paradise located in Booderee National Park in Jervis Bay, New South Wales.

It is around 8 kilometers away from Steamers Car Park and can be reached by a two-hour walk. The beach's lack of road access adds to its appeal.

At Whiting Beach, visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The clear blue waters of Jervis Bay offer a chance to see various sea creatures, including colorful fishes, weedy sea dragons, and occasional stingrays. Exploring the back of the beach might lead to the discovery of a charming freshwater waterfall.

The best time to visit Whiting Beach is during the warmer months from November to April when the water is clearest and calmest. Keep in mind that Booderee National Park has limited capacity, especially during peak seasons, so it is advisable to make a booking in advance.

To reach Whiting Beach, visitors can embark on a scenic eight-kilometer walk from Steamers Car Park newline.
