Along with the golden bowerbirds, blue-faced parrotfinch, giant blue earthworms, cinereus ringtail possum, masked white-tailed rat, red-bellied black snake, and several unique frogs, the park offers visitors an unparalleled opportunity to experience the diverse wildlife that thrives in this ecosystem. In February 2017, a small population of endangered northern bettongs was discovered in the National Park, making this park a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts.
