Barossa wines crafted from the earth and guided by our hands. Gibson is a winery located in the acclaimed Barossa Valley wine region, in South Australia. Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, fiano, grenache, merlot, petit verdot, pinot gris, riesling, shiraz, shiraz cabernet, vermentino and sparkling. Each year, approximately 11 000 cases are produced under labels that include Giant Steps and Fatal Shore. Gibson welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have picnic facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
