Description

Rilli Reserve Loxton North is a scenic reserve in the Riverland region of South Australia.

It offers public access to the Murray River and is adjacent to Katarapko Creek, providing a serene atmosphere for water recreation and camping.

The reserve features a sealed boat ramp and a well-maintained car park for easy access to the Murray River. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy casting a line for Murray cod, perch, or catfish. Swimming is also popular at the reserve, allowing visitors to relax and soak up the sun in the cool waters. The pet-friendly reserve offers ample space for boating, canoeing, and kayaking.

Located approximately 15km north of Loxton, the reserve is easily accessible via the Stott Hwy towards Berri. Visitors should note the dry weather access road leading to the camping area, which can only be used during suitable weather conditions. Once there, visitors can take advantage of the conveniently located car park and ample parking space.

The reserve also provides numerous free camping spots for visitors who want to spend a night or two under the beautiful starry skies of South Australia newline.
