Established in 1969, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot gris, pinot noir, shiraz and viognier. Each year, approximately 10 000 cases are produced under labels that include Baillieu Vineyard. Balgownie Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have accommodation available to stay at on site, a restaurant to spend time in and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
