Established in 1979, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, graciano, grenache, pinot gris, shiraz and tempranillo. Each year, approximately 32 000 cases are produced under labels that include Paulmara Estates. Paxton welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
