Established in 1984, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, riesling, shiraz, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 2500 cases are produced under labels that include Little William, A Growers Touch and Signor Vino. Mintaro Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
