Find a spot on the landing with a birds-eye view of the barrel hall - you might see their winemaker or cellar hand hard at work.
Wander outside and take a stroll through their biodynamic garden to see what’s in season.
If you’re lucky, the gardener Malcolm may be on hand to answer your questions about biodynamic farming.
