Established in 1998, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet shiraz, chardonnay, grenache, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, semillon, shiraz and viognier. Each year, approximately 15 000 cases are produced under labels that include Olsen Wines, Triholm Station, Big Fella, Etre Joyeux and J-O Wines. Parri Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
