The Granites Mount Magnet is a significant Aboriginal rock art site located 7 kilometres north of Mount Magnet.

It holds cultural importance to the Badimia tribe and offers a unique experience for travellers to explore the rich cultural heritage of Australian aboriginals.

At The Granites, visitors can experience ancient Aboriginal rock art dating back over 9000 years. The site features a 15-metre-high escarpment spread over several hectares, allowing for exploration of the caves and impressive sculptured surfaces formed by small curved quartz veins in the granite. Additionally, the site includes cultural highlights such as "Gnamma", a traditional native well, and ceremonial and burial sites.

One of the best times to visit The Granites is during twilight hours, when the site takes on an incredible aura. Visitors can bring a picnic basket and enjoy a beautiful sunset while immersing themselves in the sacred atmosphere of the area.
