Stockade Botanical Park is a public reserve in Northfield, South Australia.
Formerly associated with a prison quarry, the park has been transformed into an attractive landscaped park with various features. It now boasts mass plantings, a 12-meter high waterfall, water features, an amphitheatre, and picnic areas. Visitors can explore the park's mass plantings, waterfall, and sensory gardens, as well as enjoy footprints showcasing the diverse population of Adelaide. The park is popular for weddings, receptions, picnics, and relaxation. The best time to visit is during spring and autumn when the park is in full bloom. To get there, visitors can take the Northfield exit off the Port River Expressway and follow the signs. The park is open from dawn to dusk every day, providing ample time for exploration.
