Established in 1988, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, muscat, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, verdelho, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately <50k cases are produced under labels that include Landaire and Padthaway Estate.

Panton Hill Vineyard and Winery welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
