Hollick Estates is a winery located in the picturesque Coonawarra wine region, in South Australia. Established in 1983, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include barbera, botrytis riesling, cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir, riesling, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, tempranillo and sparkling. Each year, approximately 40 000 cases are produced. Hollick Estates welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
