Established in 1985, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, malbec, merlot, petit verdot and shiraz. Each year, approximately 30 000 cases are produced under labels that include Paringa Estate, Estate, Peninsula, Paringa Estate Reserve, The Paringa and Single Vineyard. Parker Coonawarra Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a gallery to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
