Palace Cinemas and FrameVR are proud to present Australia’s first stand-alone Virtual Reality Film Festival!

Our VR films will be presented in a completely new concept in immersive cinema, where audiences experience the films together socially without headphones, sharing every moment of tension and terror together!

Across the Halloween season October 24th – Saturday 2nd November,  Fright Fest VR will be serving up over 20 ghoulish VR experiences across a range of horror genres including jump scare, zombie, slasher and ghostly films!

Highlights include: “11:57,” —a first-person POV nightmare in which you are strapped to a chair in a dark cave. The experience revolves around your every move but may leave you cowering under your bed. “Inside The Chamber of Horrors 1 & 2” – you wake up in a cold basement where something is creeping into the room, something too horrific to describe, we dare you to keep your eyes open. “IT- Float VR Experience” – Enter the universe of Pennywise in this experience which will allow viewers to meet the sinister clown and take a trip into sewers of Derry, the small town in Maine where the story takes place.

Opening Night Tickets $30 inclusive of Introduction and Q and A from the Frame VR team and a glass of Prosecco
