Saddler's Creek is a winery located in the always-scenic Hunter Valley wine region, in New South Wales. Established in 1989, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 6000 cases are produced.

Saddler's Creek welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
