Paulett Wines is a winery located in the gorgeous Clare Valley wine region, in South Australia. Established in 1983, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include botrytis riesling, cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, grenache, malbec, merlot, riesling, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, semillon, shiraz, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 35 000 cases are produced. Paulett Wines welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant and gallery to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
