We provide demonstrations and all the necessary equipment, including life jackets, but please remember to declare any medical conditions or injuries and bring along any relevant medication. Children must be nine years old or older to join the tour, and those under 18 must have parental permission.

Don't forget to bring your camera - you'll come across plenty of wildlife and shipwreck sightings! And if you'd like to bring snacks, you're more than welcome to. The weather may cause you to get wet, so it's best to bring a change of clothes.
