Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, durif, malbec, merlot, nebbiolo, petit verdot, riesling, ruby, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, semillon, shiraz, tempranillo, touriga, viognier and fortified. Each year, approximately 2000 cases are produced under labels that include Observatory Hill. Olive Hills Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
