Seville Hill is a winery located in the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1991, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include barbera, cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, nebbiolo, pinot noir, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, tempranillo, fortified and sparkling. Each year, approximately 4000 cases are produced.

Seville Hill welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
