Patina Alumni Court

Patina Alumni Court is a contemporary restaurant located in the tranquil setting of Alumni Court on the St Lucia campus.

The restaurant opened to the public in February 2022 and is a new premium restaurant and events space. The dining space incorporates the existing structure of heritage-listed former Radon Laboratory, and the history of Alumni Court is integrated into the design. The venue is accented with flairs inspired by its inner-city sister venue, Patina at Customs House. The brass and copper-coloured finishes and luxe interiors flourish in the open-air atmosphere created by the surrounding Alumni Gardens. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bar, and offers a private dining room and premium catering services for meetings, workshops, and events. It can accommodate up to 90 people. Patina at Alumni Court continues the culinary traditions of its Customs House forebear, serving up cuisine that is, in part, a celebration of paddock-to-plate fare. Patina at Alumni Court is a stunning contemporary restaurant tucked away next to the University of Queensland's historic sandstone Great Court. The restaurant offers a tranquil and serene environment for diners to enjoy their meals. The restaurant is surrounded by tree-lined surroundings, which add to the peaceful atmosphere.
