Join us for a small-group adventure (up to 4 people) to learn about oyster farming in South Australia.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, meet our resident dolphins and seals, and learn how to shuck oysters like the pros. You'll also get to take home a shucking knife and a dozen oysters so you can keep practicing! This experience is suitable for adults 12 and over and can last up to 2 hours, depending on tide, wind and weather. Join us and discover the world of oysters!
