Events May 12 - June 3

299 Railway Road, Subiaco, WA 6008
(08) 9388 3300

Description

Christopher Orchard, one of Australia's finest figurative artists, presents an exhibition of the Little Bald Man, conjured from memory and imagination.

Official Opening and book launch 6-8pm, Thursday 17 May.

In addition to the exhibition, Linton & Kay Galleries is also delighted to host the Perth launch of the publication, 'The Uncertainty of the Poet' (Wakefield Press), presenting a monograph on the artist and his esteemed career.

Christopher Orchard has been exhibiting for over 30 years in New York at Stephen Rosenberg Fine Art and throughout Australia. According to Orchard, the Bald Man, described as his avatar, "represents the entire history of what it means to be human"; offering the viewer a multi-faceted journey rather than any predictable outcome.
