Established in 1991, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, marsanne, mourvedre, pinot gris, prosecco, sangiovese, shiraz, tempranillo, viognier and sparkling. Each year, approximately 120000 cases are produced. Tahbilk welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer at their cellar door. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
