The vineyards the fruit are sourced from are the lifeblood of the wines. Some of the regions finest fruit with old vines stretching back to 130 years of age.

History
Founded in 2001 by 5th generation Barossa boy, Jason Schwarz pursued his passion for winemaking by purchasing a small parcel of fruit from his father’s Nitschke Block Shiraz vineyard.
Jason takes a minimal intervention, hands-off, intuitive winemaking approach.
