Sunburnt Beach Termeil is a remote and secluded location on the south coast of New South Wales, offering a unique bush to beach camping experience.

The beach has its own campground with basic amenities, making it an excellent option for those seeking a true camping experience. Surfers will find Sunburnt Beach ideal, as it occasionally attracts bigger swell and good surf conditions. The surrounding Meroo National Park provides opportunities for bushwalking and exploring, with numerous walking tracks and abundant wildlife. The best time to visit is during the summer months, between December and February, when the weather is warm and ideal for a beach camping adventure. It is important to make campground bookings well in advance during this peak season. Sunburnt Beach Termeil is located approximately 3 hours south of Sydney and 2 hours north of Canberra. It is accessible by car via Termeil Point Road, which leads into the Meroo National Park. The road into the campground is unsealed and suitable for 4WD vehicles only.
