Gluepot Reserve is a privately owned nature reserve located in the semi-arid Murray Mallee region of South Australia.

It spans over 540 square kilometers and was established by Birds Australia in 1997. The reserve was purchased to protect its exceptional floral and fauna values.

One of the main attractions of Gluepot Reserve is its diverse bird species. Almost 200 species have been recorded in the reserve, including endangered birds like the malleefowl, regent parrot, red-lored whistler, and black-eared miner. There are also 33 other regionally threatened species. Although scarlet-chested parrots no longer breed at Gluepot, they are still frequent visitors.

Gluepot Reserve has a protected area status under the Native Vegetation Act 1991 (SA) and a native vegetation heritage agreement. BirdLife Australia, the reserve's owner, is committed to protecting the area's native vegetation in perpetuity. It is classified as an IUCN Category III protected area and is located within the Riverland Biosphere Reserve and the Riverland Mallee Important Bird Area.
