Sir Paz Estate is a winery located in the acclaimed Yarra Valley wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1997, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, sparkling shiraz and sparkling. Each year, approximately 5500 cases are produced.

Sir Paz Estate welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
