Located near Uluru in Australia, Ewing Lookout is a sand-dune vantage point that offers breathtaking views of both Uluru and Kata Tjuta.

It is a perfect spot to visit in your free time, and the best time to visit is during the day-1 of the tour. With its remarkable panoramic views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, Ewing Lookout is one of the best lookout points in Yulara. The lookout is generally a sand dune, with two other lookouts in Yulara: Imalung and Uluru. Visitors can spend incredible mornings and evenings here to watch the sunrise, sunset or to take in the magical landscape. Ewing Lookout is ideal for stargazers as it provides the perfect dark location to view the night sky. You can get a wonderful clear view of the stars away from the city lights. Ewing Lookout is close to the Yulara campsite, making it a popular choice for those staying there. Indeed it is a location for the first night of some three and four-day tours. After watching the stunning Uluru Sunset with Bubbly wine, visitors can return to the campsite for the evening. You can take a short walk to the top of the dune in between dinner, setting up your swag, and using the amenities, to capture the incredible views. Visitors can take a flight to Ayers Rock Airport, which is 10 km from Yulara, to get to Ewing Lookout. From there, visitors can choose to take a shuttle bus or hire a car to reach Yulara.
