Nestled in the gentle slopes of Merricks North, our vineyard produces outstanding Mornington Peninsula wines. Baillieu is a winery located in the always-scenic Mornington Peninsula wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1996, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include brut, chardonnay, pinot gris, pinot noir, shiraz, viognier and sparkling. Each year, approximately 2500 cases are produced. Baillieu welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant and gallery to spend time in and a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
