Traveling from Bunbury/Donnybrook, down the South Western Highway, as you enter Balingup over the bridge, the first turn left is Jayes Road. Travel 1.7km and Balingup Rose is on your right.
We are centrally located to a variety of craft outlets, wineries, potteries and restaurants. We are also opposite the Bibbulmun Track. Stroll along Jayes Road, following the Balingup Brook into town, just a short distance away.
The historic village of Balingup, in the heart of the Blackwood River Valley, is surrounded by forests, winding rivers, rolling hills, vineyards and lush orchards. First settled in 1859 by the Padbury family, it was declared a township over 100 years ago in 1898.
Balingup has some of the finest accommodation in WA and is fast becoming renowned as an alternative destination from which to explore both the wine and the coast regions of the south west and southern forests.

If you want, you can walk along the well known Bibbulmun Track (track is opposite Balingup Rose) into town for a cup of coffee/tea or lunch or visit the local Art and Craft shops.
During the summer months, you can sit on the veranda with a glass of wine and watch the bird life as the sunlight slowly dims over the valley. The winter months, will offer you a relaxing ambience while sitting on a cozy lounge in front of an open fireplace and you can soak up the atmosphere of a once charming era long gone.
Balingup Rose is situated on 5 tranquil acres and perfectly positioned on a hillside. You will be looking upon stunning valley views, beautiful gardens and fruit trees. The property is surrounded by forests and attracts a variety of bird life.
The original part of our home was built in 1927, the main features are - open fireplaces, jarrah floorboards, tall ornate ceilings all set in the scene of yesteryear.
Rooms
Our rooms has been tastefully furnished with a Queen bed, En-suite, hair dryer, electric blanket, reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV/DVD, coffee/tea facility, mini bar fridge and French doors opening on to veranda decking.
Breakfast
Guests can select what they would like for breakfast from our menu list. You can have cooked breakfast or both continental and cooked depending how hungry you are.
Breakfast will be served in the Guest Dining Room between 7am - 9am
