Description
The Bassendean Open Studios returns on November 23rd and 24th, 2024, inviting you to explore local artists' creative spaces.
This year’s event promises a vibrant trail of artistic treasures, celebrating the energy and talent that make Bassendean a hub of creativity. The Open Studios weekend offers a unique opportunity to experience art in a relaxed, fun, and free community setting. It’s designed to share art with the wider community, raise awareness of local talent, and foster connections between artists and visitors.
Whether you’re a seasoned art lover or simply curious, there’s something for everyone—painting, drawing, textiles, jewellery, portraits, abstracts, and more. You’ll have the chance to visit the studios of talented local artists, explore a variety of artistic mediums, and see firsthand the creative processes that bring their work to life.
This event is open to all ages, so bring the kids, grandparents, and friends! It’s a perfect way to spend the weekend together, exploring the creative talents in your neighbourhood while supporting the local art scene.
Throughout the weekend, visitors will be treated to a behind-the-scenes look at how artists work, their inspiration, and the unique spaces where the magic happens.
The event’s official location map will be released on our social media platforms—so follow us on Facebook and Instagram @BassendeanOpenStudios.
