Description
Blencoe Falls in Girringun National Park is a stunning natural sight that should not be missed.
The falls are part of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area and cascade 90 meters into a pool before plunging a further 230 meters into Blencoe Gorge. The area offers breathtaking natural scenery and opportunities for hiking, with a network of 110 kilometers of tracks. Camping is also available in the park, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the wilderness. To access the park, visitors can take the Kennedy Highway to Mount Garnet and continue south for 60 kilometers to the park's entrance. From there, signs will guide them to Blencoe Falls.
