The accommodation consists of a main house plus a fully self-contained studio, accommodating up to 8 guests in total. Each of the dwellings is accessed via the exclusive use (connected) generous decking with sea views and outdoor dining facilities.

The main house has an open-plan living area with floor to ceiling glass doors that overlook Whangapoua Beach, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy the blissful views from inside or out. The modern and comfortably appointed interior ensures a relaxing stay. The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a laundry room.
