Description

One of Tasmania's most popular tourist destinations, Bridestowe Lavender Estate is 50 minutes' drive from Launceston in scenic North East Tasmania.

Bridestowe Estate is the Southern Hemisphere's largest lavender farm, famous for the spectacular display of flowering lavender in December and January. Visitors are welcome at the estate all year round to see the Tasmanian seasons beautifully reflected in the ornamental gardens, manicured fields and native bushland, with the stunning backdrop of Mount Arthur. The Visitor Center has unique products containing Bridestowe's famous lavender oil and dried flowers. We offer a wide range of scented Australian made gifts for the bath, body and home and of course the world famous Bobbie the Bear. The Woodcroft Cafe offers a delicious menu of lavender-inspired delights, including our signature selection of lavender ice cream and seasonal light dishes. You can take this experience home with you by shopping at Bridestowe's gourmet range, including lavender blossom honey, homemade jams and jellies, and culinary lavender, which is used in many of the dishes available in the cafe. There is an admission fee of $20 per adult during the flowering season. Children under 16 welcome...
