The cottage is separate from the main home and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment for guests to relax. The property is home to various wildlife, and Gibson Creek runs through it.

The cottage is well-equipped and self-contained, with a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. The accommodation is non-smoking and features a terrace with mountain views, where guests can enjoy a meal while overlooking the garden views. Guests have exclusive use of their own private outdoor seating area and deck, and they are welcome to enjoy the garden.

The Renwick Wine Bike Trail passes by the front of the property, and guests can use the free bikes available to explore the area. The Renwick township is just 5 minutes away by car, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the area. The Renwick dog park is only 3 minutes away, and the Blenheim CBD is a 15-minute drive away.

Brookhaven Cottage does not accommodate children under 7 years old, and the aim is to provide guests with a relaxing and special experience. Additional features of the cottage include air conditioning, daily housekeeping, and fire extinguishers and smoke alarms for safety.
